1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- The product was purchased directly from MSKitech Technology Solutions (in-store or online).
- The item is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Software, digital licenses, and activation keys once issued.
- Customized or configured computers and accessories.
- Customized products such as branded materials, printed items, or configured systems.
- Services (repairs, installations, web design, training, or consultancy) once delivered or initiated.
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized tampering.
3. Return and Exchange Procedure
To process a return:

- Provide your purchase details, reason for return, and supporting evidence (e.g., photo or description of the issue).
- Once approved, return the product to our Nsambya branch – Opposite Bsafe, in its original packaging.
- After inspection, an exchange or refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
4. Refunds
Refunds are made using the same payment method used during purchase.
- Full refunds apply for defective or wrongly supplied items.
- For change-of-mind returns, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
- Refunds for card or online payments may take 3–7 working days depending on the payment processor.
5. Warranty Claims
Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
- Warranty covers factory defects only, not physical damage or improper handling.
- If your product qualifies, we’ll assist in the warranty claim or replacement process.
